But rarely do we realize that it also works the other way around. There are museum pieces and other works of art to be found in cartoons. When these works of art are isolated for consideration, we are newly awakened to artwork decisions in both the cartoon environment and our own. Artoons might even be one universal enormous small art form because all periods and mediums of art are possible.
