Some cartoons are put on display in museums and art galleries. But rarely do we realize that it also works the other way around. There are museum pieces and other works of art to be found in cartoons. When these works of art are isolated for consideration, we are newly awakened to artwork decisions in both the cartoon environment and our own. Artoons might even be one universal enormous small art form because all periods and mediums of art are possible. In any case, after we have taken notice of Artoons, we look evermore closely at these other-worldly masterpieces we hold between our fingertip. The first 50 numbered copies of the book are sold with a wooden bookstand in a numbered box.
